The staff and management were extremely helpful and the central location near the beach was a great advantage. the hotel and beach restaurant were both enjoyable.

Wifi or computer use very expensive. In 2012 this is not up to date anymore.

The room I booked was great-sized and functional with incl all linen, a fire place plus kitchen as expected. Location: the hotel was right by Apollo bay beach and the shops and cafes on the main street. Pizzeria Iluka Motel & Restaurant was located 10 minutes walk away...

The rooms were reasonably large with a private bathroom. the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. - the location was excellent, right in the center of the village. - the accommodation was close to the beach, attractions, restaurants, shops, and the town center.

This hotel's location was fantastic, close to local shops, restaurants, and the beachfront, as well as near the Great Ocean Road and the Otway National Park.

Fully equipped kitchen was extremely useful, especially to prepare a simple breakfast before heading out for the day. The room was big enough for the four of us (family room). Toilets were clean and everything was thoughtfully placed E.G. Racks, hair dryer.

Only thing is that the toilets only had 2 shower cubicles and 2 toilet cubicles, which might be insufficient if the hostel had been more crowded.

I liked the kitchen facilities, place was clean, warm. I'd recommend it to other visitors.

The staff here is super-friendly and exceptionally nice, and the location is central and close to everything.

The hotel is quite clean and is quiet at night. We got a very good sleep there.

The YHA Apollo Bay Eco offers great value for the price paid. the service at the accommodation was fantastic. - the outdoor bar on the premises is a great feature.
